Vito Racket Boss

It suprised me that Vito was a Racket Boss in Mafia 3 with River row ,cause in Mafia 2 he seemed too immature and reckless to lead something. As we know at the end of Mafia 2 he got exiled to New Bordeaux and he was 26 years old.So maybe in his 30s he got more Mature but at the Same time the stress got to him.I think those 17 years or something was a hard time a real hard time.
