How tracking my mood and habits helped me notice stress patterns

Lately, I’ve been feeling more stressed than usual. Work has been hectic, and I’ve also been juggling a tense relationship, which makes home feel less calm. Some days I feel overwhelmed and irritable...

A few weeks ago, I started a small daily habit: jotting down my mood and tracking simple things like sleep, meals, exercise, or quiet moments. Slowly, patterns started to emerge. Long workdays combined with late nights made my stress spike, while short walks, a good night’s sleep helped me feel calmer.

To make it easier, I started using a mood tracking app called Mooduna. I like it — it even checks in if I add alcohol as a daily habit 😆 Anyway, i will recommend.

Just minutes a day has helped me feel more aware of my emotions and better able to handle stressful moments before they spiral. Been logging for 17 days now and I'm forming a pattern and feeling more aware.
