M28 separated man needs some reassurance and comforting

Going through a heck of a lot in life right now. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease last year, had my wife cheating on me and caught her on Christmas Eve. I have to commute twice a week 2.5 hours to my school. My navy reserve unit is in Baltimore which is three hours away. More than half of my close friends are in Illinois. I have no social life. Just work and school for the most part. Feels like I’m one step away from engulfing myself into complete isolation.
