Intel i7 4790k low voltage

So im a very new to this whole overclocking thing but i had a problem with my i7 4790k hitting 100C easily under load. I was at the base 4ghz clock speed but the auto configuration probably was setting voltage way to high.

I started testing and now im running 4.4ghz at only 1.080volt. At max load the temperature goes up to 80C so i still have head room temp wise and it runs stable as is.

I just dont know if it is bad going even lower on the voltage or higher clocking speed.

And when testing after some time the temp just drops to 65ish degrees and comes back up after some more time but i dont know if its just the programm im using or not. Btw im stress testing with the program „heavy load“.

So if you guys have any tips im open for suggestions and help.
