Job hopping concerns

Resumes/CVs

So I've had several jobs in the last 4-5 years. I'm 23 and I just can't seem to land a decent job. My first job I worked at a pizza place for 1.5 years and my second was as a furniture salesman for 1.5 years. Since I left my second job I haven't been able to find a somewhat decent job to stick with. I'm trying hard but right now I've put 10 months into my current job, there's only 2 of us working right now, my manager quit, upper management isn't hiring anybody for the next month or 2, and now they want to start having us do meeting off work hours. I work commission and barely get paid an hourly. I work loads of hours between school and work and now they want to take away what little time I get with my friends and SO. So now I'm forced to look for another job again because I'll definitely be penalized for not showing up to these online meetings.

How do these several jobs look on an application, how would I go about explaining them, and how can I find a decent job that's not full of scumbags and bullshit?

It's also hard when you get an interview, you ask the appropriate questions and they just straight up lie about their company and how they operate.

Thoughts?
