Buying a 2020 Highlander XLE AWD -95 000km. Is the extended warranty worth it?

Buying a Highlander 2020 XLE AWD 3.5L with 95000 KM. The vehicule price is 33450$. I am making a 5000$ down payment. Currently waiting for the dealer to check my credit to offer their interest rate on the financing deal. They offer a 3 year warranty or 60000 km whichever come first for 3699$. Anybody who purhcase a similiar model/year of Highlander would let me know if this warranty is worth it or no?
