3080 build under 1k?

Not gonna do a whole lot of typing just straight to the point.

• Would be my first PC build
• Located in the US with access to a good local marketplace and a MC
• Want comfortable 1440p
• Run games like AC Odyssey, Forza 6, Beamng, Monster hunter wilds, Fallout, GTA 5
• Trying to stay at 1k budget
• Looking to use the 3080 10gb unless you guys got better options for gpu
• Please help me build the best PC for my budget thank you.
