Stolen Bag in Barcelona

Good evening. I just got my backpack stolen from me yesterday at Popeyes in Rda. de Sant Pere, 17, Eixample, 08010 Barcelona, Spain. I’ve already filed the police report(Denuncia). I have searched for ways to go back to Berlin. My backpack contains my passport, my ID(not German) and my German residence card. Now I’m basically without any form of proofs for my identity except for the police report. What are the chances that my ID, passport and residence card would be recovered? I’ve tried looking in the trash cans today morning and couldn’t find it anywhere. Are there anything I could do? I’m planning to go to the German consulate and my country’s consulate tomorrow in Barcelona to get an emergency travel document but I’ve heard I have to go to Madrid for that too. Any tips would be welcome. Thank you.
