Moving house with OCD

So I’m currently packing all my stuff into boxes to move house. It takes me AGES to pack even one box, I’m talking like 2-3 hours per box as I have so many rituals that take so much time. It’s very draining and means I cannot do anything else other than pack because I just don’t have the time. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this???

It’s very draining and I think I’m going to crash at some point.
