Mind Games fm26

Hello everyone If you don't mind, share your winning secrets on fm 26. How much I've been playing, I can't figure out what principle it works on, what needs to be done to become invincible!!!!(Or at least not lose to Fiorentina with the top squad))))))) Even Lamin Yamal, I only scored one goal out of 30 shots. And his teammate scores twice as much!
