As a Custodian, what are things you have gathered from the job that is highly conversational ? It could be very opinionated like certain things dont need cleaned but co workers say it should be anyways. OR your boss/coworker trained you one way but you've come to the conclusion it's better done another way. Examples: -Some Custodians believe dousing Toilets in water and cleaner with a Johnny mop is THE WAY but others will spray a toilet down then wipe it down with a cloth. -I spray the restroom mirrors then wipe it off with paper towels. Others spray & use a squeegee.
