Sleeping gear recommendations for weekend trekker with back and neck compression injuries?

I have tried the Eno system, but it put too much strain on my neck. Then I tried a Big Agnes mummy bag with inflated ground pad that kept slipping out from under me while I slept because I constantly roll in my sleep due to discomfort.
