Looking for car seat advice

Please no rude comments. I’m genuinely asking this question because I don’t know what is best. My daughter is almost 2 years old and she is rear-facing in her car seat. I didn’t plan on having her front facing for as long as possible but she gets car sick very often. Anytime we take long road trips she gets car sick many times and even if we just drive 15 mins she still gets car sick. We always wait a bit after meals but it still doesn’t make a difference. Any tips?
