Found videos of my wife and my best friend who lives with us… I don’t know what to do

I’m honestly at a loss right now and don’t know who to talk to, so I’m posting here.

My wife and I have been together over 20 years. We’ve built our whole life together. On top of that, my best friend (who I’ve known forever) lives with us and even works for me in my construction business. I trusted both of them completely.

For the last few months though, something just felt off. My wife was acting different and I kept getting this gut feeling that something wasn’t right. I kept telling myself I was probably just overthinking.

A few days ago that feeling got the best of me and I ended up going through her phone while she was asleep.

What I found completely wrecked me.

I saw messages between her and my best friend that made it obvious something was going on between them. Then I found videos they had recorded together. In the videos they were being intimate with each other in our own house while I was either at work or out.

Seeing that was like getting hit by a truck. I honestly felt sick.

Now I’m stuck in a situation I don’t even know how to deal with. This isn’t just some random guy — this is my best friend who lives in my house and works for me every day. I see him constantly. My whole business runs with him working alongside me.

Neither of them knows that I know yet. I’ve just been acting normal while my mind is going crazy trying to figure out what to do.

Part of me wants to confront them immediately. Another part of me is trying to think logically because if I blow everything up, it affects my home life and my business at the same time.

Right now I just feel angry, betrayed, and honestly humiliated. After 20+ years together, this is the last thing I ever expected.

Has anyone been in a situation where betrayal hit both your personal life and your work life at the same time? I genuinely don’t know what the smartest move is here.
