Similar to Helping Hands

I am coming up on retiring from my job. My wife and I are building a house in Costa Rica. Are there any other jobs similar to Helping Hands at Yellowstone? Something starting in late August until the Fall. We'd really like to make it a yearly thing for the next 5 years or so.
