Early pregnancy cramps

I am currently 5 w 4 d and have cramps on and off every day. They are mostly very mild (more mild than period pain) and sometimes I’ll have a wave that feels like period pain that lasts around 5 mins before it passes. It makes me so nervous. Is this normal? No bleeding.
