Local Youth Book club

I always been interested in the idea of a book club and sharing interests with people around my age (20-27), but when I looked into book clubs in Siliguri, the only ones i could find were either dead or filled with older people and with the lack of proper libraries here to meet people like-minded people to share this idea, I couldn't think of any other way than to start one on my own.
