tongue piercing healing

i realllyyyy want a tongue piercing but the healing process is scary…. i do smoke weed/vape regularly and drink on weekends (college student lol) and i also do have a bf. i always see different things about how long u have to wait to drink smoke or kiss. sooo my question is realistically how long do i have to wait to do all those things? and how bad was the healing for u guys?
