eBay changing shipping to free on my listings

Twice now eBay has not charged shipping for an order that was listed (and confirmed) with shipping. I let the first slide but I can’t on the second. I’m waiting for eBay to call me now to fix but was curious to see if anyone else is dealing with this and with the resolution was.
