Help with games

My daughter is obsessed with those terrible clicky ad spam, micro purchase, video games on her tablet and we limit her tablet time quite a bit. But it'd be really great if she could have like a game that was like that but didn't cost like $20 a month or have ads. Is there anything that's just a single flat rate purchase out there that you found? Bonus points if it's about unicorns.

Even the Bluey game is a spam subscription nightmare. Real let down.

And yes I know these games are terrible and I shouldn't let her do any of it but you know what? It's fine just deal with it. Just help. Lol.
