[TOMT] Creepy mr. rogers clay(?) image in Dark5 video.

I love this video by Dark5, and it freaks me out all the time. One thing i'm both creeped out and curious about. At the start of number 4, there is a rather frightening looking image of a grey coloress mr. rogers, but where did it come from? I have a suspicion, that it is a clay sculpture, since it appears to have marks, that are usually made when making clay statue like this one. Although it could also be a scarily realistic fanart of mr. rogers after his skin burned off from a nuclear bomb, which would make sense in context of the entry, since it talked about that one banned conflict episode of mr. rogers. Please help me, where this abomination came from.
