Room for Rent!

Hello!

We have a room open in a shared home near Japantown. Has private bathroom, driveway parking, in unit laundry, and a recently remodeled kitchen. Looking for a female occupant as the wall between rooms is shared by another female.

Both people living here are full time SJSU students, so getting a 3rd student would be preferred

Rent is 1850$ per month (slightly negotiable). Lease term length is definitely negotiable.

Pm me if interested! Can move in ASAP
