Advise needed

After 3 months he came home. Not even I’m sorry. He again is refusing medication, and is refusing to leave. My PTSD is so awful right now. I’ve done everything I could possibly do to help him, and he treats me like this.? I’ve called 211, 911, his doctor. He has guns in this house, and I am living under threat. I am meeting with my lawyer later this month. This house has been in my family for 100 years, and I paid for the house. Please any advice would be helpful!!!!
