I DONT WANT TO WATCH EVERY VIDEO IM SHOWN

People are constantly shoving screens in my face telling me to stop what im doing and watch a "quick video" likr a tiktok or whatever, but the people in my house feel the need to show me essentially every video on their feed. On a regular afternoon I can try and sit down to watch a show, or sew, or paint and without fail I will HAVE AT LEAST two people sitting trying to show me things on their phones. I cant do anything because I don't wnat to seem like I dont care but I would like to actually be able to sew more than one stitch before I have something putting a phone in my face showing me a video I have to watch before I can continue. I cant even scroll on MY phone without being tapped on the shoulder and having to stop what im doing. PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE AND STOP SHOVING VIDEOS IN MY FACE PLEASEEEEEEEEE
