First Career

Hi! Graduate ako ng Aeronautical Engineering two years ago. In the Aviation Industry, bawal/strict talaga when it comes to colorblind so always rejected ako from big companies sa aviation but I still tried to pursue this path kasi gusto ko talaga maging part sa aviation.

Two years later, I got a job offer. I will be starting next week. I am getting anxiety and sometimes I panic when I think of it baka kasi mag fail ako or not up to the standards. The job will not affect my colrblindness but natatakot ako mapagalitan madali lang kaso ako umiyak lalo I belong to the 🌈 and knowing na I will be working in a male dominated industry.

Do you have any advice? Got no one to ask about this problem. Thanks.
