Frustrated with mycareer

Anyone else just play normal nba games on mycareer and find it annoying how much they force you to play? I play 12 min quarters to make the stats realistic but no matter what I change my minutes to the coach plays me 40 mins + a game unless I get into foul trouble! I play more than both Jokic and Murray (I’m on the nuggets) despite me not being that good. This leads me to deliberately foul to get my minutes down which just seems unrealistic and is lowkey frustrating!
