Problema thinkpad

Hi everyone, yesterday I received the ThinkPad T14 I ordered a few days ago. It's the Ryzen 7 model with 16GB of RAM. It was a very nice PC, very fast until, while I was working on an Excel file, the keyboard stopped responding. I restarted the PC and everything was fine. Today the fingerprint sensor stopped working, and the settings tell me it's impossible to find a fingerprint sensor compatible with Windows Hello, which worked flawlessly until last night. I tried restarting, but nothing. Checking Device Manager, it only detects the face reader and not the fingerprint scanner.

Can anyone help me? I was hyped for this PC, but everything went down. Do you think I should return it as defective?
