Going to DC week after next, we're staying right next to Arlington cemetery. Any public fishing spots nearby I could sneak off to nearby for a few hours a morning or two?

My go-to is a light gear with a curly tailed grub or inline spinner, do I need to bring something heavier?

I can get a 5 day freshwater license for 31.00. Hows the bite up there this time of year?

Any special rules or regulations?
