Are Ancestry DNA tests the most accurate?

I am intrigued to see if there are any DNA tests that break down regions further such as from ‘southeastern Europe and northwestern Europe’ to southeastern England, or French, or Belgian for example.

My Ancestry DNA checks out with relation to my tree, but what are peoples experiences with 23 and Me (which is very expensive) and My Heritage (a cheaper option).
