What’s going on?

So at 5w5d I had a scan because I had spotting and left sided pain. It was deemed a pregnancy of unknown location. I had blood tests 48h apart which dropped from 86 to 62, they wanted another blood test a week later to make sure the rates fell. The next blood test my Hcg was 112! I was bleeding like a normal period during the week wait but am no longer bleeding just the occasional spotting. No major pain either.

I have another blood test tomorrow and they are going to have a meeting to discuss a plan of action for my care.

Anyone experienced anything like this? Any ideas? There is a chance I could be pregnant again but surely tjis would be way too soon (after a couple days) to show rising levels on Hcg ?
