Where is the Latin American weekend scene around Elephant & Castle now?

Just moved to Elephant & Castle recently and from what I understand, this area used to be known as London’s Latin Quarter.

Would love to experience more of the Latin American culture around the area and was wondering where people usually hang out on weekends these days. I am looking more for a bar/pub with good Latin music and a fun atmosphere, rather than a full on nightclub.

Any good recommendations around E&C or nearby would be massively appreciated.
