Approved practice setting for SJA (F3)

Quick question - I’m an F3 who wishes to volunteer with SJA as an event doctor however the job listing states I must have full GMC registration with license to practice outside of an approved practice setting. I have been reading about this but I don’t understand whether now that I have completed foundation I can undertake this work?

Anyone have any insight or past experience? Thanks!
