Question about repairing a leaky pull-up kitchen faucet hose.

We have a leaky kitchen sprayer.  The leak is up at the handle.  I believe it’s just the fitting (the swivel).  The problem is I’m having a hard time finding all the inbetween connections to get from point A to point B with a replacement hose.

The feed line has a plastic ‘click’ fitting on it - easy to disconnect.  When you take off the end, you have this copper end with a pair of washers.  No problem there.  Except my replacement line has a female screw fitting on it.  The plastic middle piece unscrews from both lines.  What size / fitting do I need to go between the plastic fitting and the new shiny female screw fitting?  Names for these various bits and bobs would be really helpful.
