How long to hear after putting in application?

Hi I put in application in 3 days ago and was curious to see how long until I hear back? I’ve called the store ( it’s in Utah ) and asked an employee for tips, she said that they don’t do the hiring someone in Seattle does and that I should talk to recruiters on linkden and no one’s responded so I’m just not sure what I can do now.
