Emergency Guidance needed

Hello guys, I am a working professional working in tcs as a software engineer digital with 7 lpa package. I am B.Tech CS 2025 passed out from tier 3 collage. I am getting 42 marks in GATE CS 2026 without normalisation. I am not getting any learnings in tcs and there is no future scope in tcs. Should I take drop from tcs to prepare full time for GATE CSE 2027?
