Artificial Serum works for my MGD

I was skeptical at first. But I see significant improvement(verified by my doctor) after a month of use.

Here is my routine in case it helps anyone:

•	Optase MGD Advanced — as needed

•	Miebo — 4× daily

•	Vevye — 2× daily

•	Tyrvaya — 2× daily

•	Artificial serum — 4× daily

•	Night ointment — nightly

•	Air humidifier in home office

•	Warm compress daily, followed by eyelid massage 

- Hypochlorous spray — daily
