How do yall avoid hobby burnout?

I need to get a whole army of 'nids fully painted by the end of June (or ideally start of May) and it's quite a lot of models. I was getting into painting quite a lot but after hardly a few models I'm already noticing burnout again, and I don't have time to stop painting cus I think I'm already falling behind on it if I want it done in time.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
