So potentially dumb but I must know - is it possible to have a character that can appear seemingly from nowhere in a cloud of bugs?

Basically the title. I’m very, VERY new to Vampire and was wondering, would it be possible to have a character that can appear from basically nowhere in a big cloud of insects? I’m playing a Toreador based on Daniela Dimitrescu from Resident Evil Village, and thought it would be fun if I could do that. So, can I? Or is it not possible?
