My goal was being able to eat sometimes carnivore cake made with desydrated milk, or butter, cream, etc

I took 100g of low fat desydrated milk (so around 50g of lactose every day) for 8 days

first day was not good but not awful. I was inflamated clearly but thats was pretty okay, surprisingly  
Second day I had horrible pains to all my organs, even one I never felt before? And diarrea  
Third day was painfull but better  
After that the pain was gone but I was more and more constipated and drinking the milk marked the end of my good mood and my energy for the day. and open the door to inflamated stomach, pain because of constipation and fart  
I gave up after the eighth day when I saw no improvement and, above all, endless constipation. It was starting to have too much of a negative impact on my quality of life.

I clearly have some improvment overall, but for some reason my body started to lose all his magnesium, I have all the symptomes (constipation ++, desydrated and had to pee if I drank water, muscle aches)  
I saw some study who explains thats too much calcium can lead to throw away magnesium so it's maybe that? I also saw some study done on child that conclued that lactose help magnesium absorption so maybe it's that too?

I would like to try one more time but this time I will buy only lactose powder so I can know if the constipation is due to lactose or calcium or milk protein
