Numbness in Arms

Hi! I was recently diagnosed with IH and am in the process of switching sleep specialists.

In the last week I noticed I have started to feel suddenly a bit numb in the arms randomly and have been feeling a bit more tired when it happens. I am still able to move them and control my hands entirely, but they feel heavier and tingly like how my body feels when I am falling asleep. I have previously had issues with slurred speech and aphasia randomly at times, but I haven't noticed it being as much of an issue in the last week or two.

I am wondering if it's connected to my IH or my depression, as I also started Sertraline recently. Has anyone else had issues with this? It's not major, but it's definitely not enjoyable.
