Sharp pain along top/outer breast into armpit

Hello everyone, Im 25F with a familial history of breast cancer (my grandma on my mom's side was diagnosed at 68). For the past couple of weeks I’ve been having a strange pain along the top/outer part of my left breast that runs toward my armpit. The best way I can describe it is the pain feels sharp when pressed and the pain seems to radiate into my armpit, side of my chest, upper back, and sometimes down my left arm. I also feel a pain thats almost bruise like on the top of my left breast on the ribs. I'm hoping that the diagnosis is just muscular related or chostocondritis. I don't have any other symptoms and I haven't felt any lumps. i have an appointment with my gp in a couple days. I've also recently had a chest ct pulmonary angiogram (for other health concerns) where the doctor mentioned that everything was clear but I'm not too sure if breast tissue and axillary lymph nodes are included and reviewed in these scans. I'm a bit anxious and would love to hear anyone elses experiences with this kind of pain.
