Why are Indian men so desperate?

Like I am 19 and still a virgin but I never tried to dm a random girl or chased after them.

I don’t understand why so MANY men do that like are we built different or raised different in some way.

It’s so illogical as well like what do you think is gonna happen you ain’t gonna get the love of your life from a random creepy dm or get laid as well are they just born low iq as well?
