Feeling so demoralized by my cat’s Giardia issues

We are on second round of treatment for our kitten. The stool has yet to firm up. We have two older cats who absolutely refuse to take their panacur, and we’re also unsure of their Giardia status. Tried treating all three cats but due to the older ones being little menaces about their meds, that wasn’t successful.

Kitten will be sitting normally, then fart liquid spots. It’s becoming a bane on my mental health because I can’t even snuggle with my cat without worrying that she’s going to shit on another blanket or my clothes. I’m consistently having to clean up either soft chunks or liquid spots from places that aren’t the litter box.

She’s on day 5 of her second round of 6-day treatment and things aren’t looking any better, they honestly feel worse than the original problem since the liquid spots weren’t happening before, just the soft chunks. Been trying to give her some pumpkin in her wet food hoping it helps a bit.

Idk, any advice?
