Have the black levels in SDR been fixed on the scar 16 2025?

Several reviews pointed out that, for whatever reason, black levels on the mini led in SDR were not actually completely black as they had been on the 2024 and 2023 models. They basically looked like this:

I assumed this would be fixed at some point but I can't find any mention of it past these reviews from launch. Seems like quite a big flaw on display that is supposed to, you know...locally dim. I'm thinking about getting a laptop and I'm honestly leaning toward the 2024 version just because it actually gets proper blacks. It just kind of defeats the purpose when you get IPS glow anyway. Using HDR all the time is not a solution for me.
