Hi everyone, so I got an inquiry-

A bride wants two cluster pieces like the arch that I put in this image, with drapery, for her wedding.

She specifically asked that she wanted those two same cluster pieces to repurpose and moved to her sweetheart table. There is no arch behind a sweetheart table, and there cannot be one. The vineyard where this is going to be, has like a really nice brick fireplace in the back and that’s part of the backdrop, and all the wedding pictures that I have seen that were hosted there, there’s no arch ever behind the sweetheart table.

So I’m trying to figure out how would be the best way if it’s even logistically possible to repurpose those two cluster pieces for her sweetheart table if there is not going to be an arch. And I’m saying that’s only because typically these cluster pieces, are flat on the back no flowers on the back, and all the flowers are facing forward.

Also, the wedding is outside during one of the hottest times of the year, and I don’t feel fully confident that the flowers will look OK past the ceremony to use for the rest of the evening and look good in pictures. We average over 100° weather daily during the date, And the arch is directly outside in the sun, no shade provided.

Please let me know your expertise and thoughts. I have not responded to her yet because I’m just trying to figure out the logistics of everything and what’s gonna be the best course of action.
