Concerns about the Ariya

My husband and I are planning to buy an ev within the next couple of weeks. The Ariya is definitely budget friendly, but we are worried about repair and parts. I've heard they are discontinuing the Ariya because of lackluster sales, and that it takes weeks or months to repair due to a lack of parts.

The parts/repair issue is our main concern, as we are a 1 vehicle household and we don't live close to a Nissan dealership. Secondary concern is we have a steep driveway to get into the garage, which is where it will charge. I'm worried about scraping or tearing the front end off. Right now we're in an older minivan, which sits high off the ground, and the scraping is an issue.

Our other option is the Equinox EV, but they are over budget new, and they are pretty long vehicles, almost as long as our minivan, and we'd prefer a bit smaller to fit comfortably in the garage (we can't fit the van in our garage because of the length).
