Help a brutha out

I’m embarrassed to ask this, but before I throw my headless Delos across the room, can someone (restringing) explain how to get the ball end to do…. What? Is it supp to catch on something? I see tutorial vids say to push the ball down but I don’t see where it’s supp to go. 2023 headless Delos with trem. Ngl this trem overall is not good. The fine tuners so close together im moving two at once. All this work and frustration over a trem that has no more range then a Stratocaster.
