Dept collectors.

Hi, and thank you for taking the time to read my dilemma.

Context: since February of this year, I’ve been getting calls from 905 numbers and 355 numbers claiming they are looking for a man called Gagandeep Singh. That is very much not my name lol.

I have picked up one of their many calls telling them that Gagandeep Singh does not own this number, but they do not listen. I have resorted to sending them straight to voicemail so they leave proof that they are spamming me. However, how can I deal with this legally because they have called me every single day since February 28. I have blocked a few of their numbers, but it seems like they just keep switching them and calling me again and again anyway.

I have looked into reporting them through this website:

https://lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/en/Consumer/File-a-complaint/

But unfortunately, I’d have to put in every single date and time separately. I’ll do it if I have to, but I prefer not to. Does Canada even take these reports seriously?

Please let me know how I can go about this in the best way possible.
