How to manifest long term committed stable relationship with SP ?

Me and my SP had a stable relationship for 2 years , after that it was on and off for 1 year.

My SP always concludes that "things will never work out between us" and leaves.

He starts missing me during no contact and reaches out again and this repeats

I am tired of this on and off cycle and want a long term stable relationship with him. Actually i want to marry him.

During no contact i manifested him by listening to subliminal and visualising but it was short term and he always leaves.
