Any program suggestions for diabetes management apart from Endocrinologist

My mother is on insulin and body is getting damaged slowly despite medicine.

I heard about twin health and sugar fit. Please suggest any good program she can join to get things better and less dependant on medicines.

Note: not seeking medical advice but anything that can help together with ongoing allopathic treatment.
